HOW ARE THESE TREATMENTS DIFFERENT FROM TRADITIONAL FACIAL TREATMENTS?
Much like traditional facials, HydraFacial© treatments are soothing, moisturizing and generally non-irritating. It is similar to an advanced form of microdermabrasion. However, unlike microdermabrasion, HydraFacial© infuses antioxidants, alpha hydroxy acids, beta hydroxy acids, hyaluronic acid and more into the skin while exfoliating.
HOW DOES A HYDRAFACIAL© WORK?
Each HydraFacial© treatment starts off with a deep pore cleaning that uses botanical cleansers to whisk away excess dirt and debris. Next, a proprietary mixture of glycolic and salicylic acid is used to exfoliate the skin to uncover more radiant skin below. Then, a vacuum-like tip suctions out blackheads and any remaining impurities from deep within your pores. There is no manual squeezing or lancing of skin involved. Lastly, a customized cocktail that includes antioxidants peptides and collagen is infused into the skin.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING THE PROCEDURE?
HydraFacials are performed by our medical aestheticians with a simple, brilliantly designed treatment wand. This wand features a double-helix vortex with one chamber that draws dead skin cells and dirt out of the skin while the other simultaneously pumps skin-soothing nutrients into freshly cleared pathways for deeper penetration. The entire process from start to finish should take no more than an hour and will leave you with smoother, clearer and younger-looking, rejuvenated skin.*
